New Online GR 10 - 12 Application

This year the edcentre team is going to pilot an online application. The application can be completed 100% online on the computer. It can be filled out in a browser window on a desktop, laptop, Chromebook, or other device as well as mobile devices like tablets or smartphones. To access the application click on link below.  Alternatively, you can also choose to fill out and submit our traditional paper based application.  The instructions on how to fill out that application can be found below.  Students, if you are under 18 years of age there is a section in the form for your parents to fill out as well. Please complete the form with them. 

If you choose to complete the online form do not submit a paper based application.

How to apply for grade 10 - 12 classes - Paper Based Form Instructions

The Application Form is the first step to becoming an Online Student. Be sure you review the information on your application form before sending it in. The FAQ page has many answers to questions that people new to often ask. For even more information review our School Handbook (click link to the left to open). The Application Form can be opened using Adobe Acrobat Reader (click link to the left to download).  The Internet Browser Chrome or Firefox (click link to the left to download) work the best for the Application Form and in the Online Course Area.

  • Open the Application Form by clicking the large orange button below, complete all information ON THE COMPUTER, print, then sign and date at the bottom of page one, and get Parent information and signatures on page 2, section A, if you are under 18 years of age.
  • Complete Section B if you are based at another school and have the school complete and sign the Base School Supplemental Form (button is below).
  • Section C requires completion if you know who will be paying for you. The invoice for any fees will be sent directly to the organization or person denoted in this section. Applicants are started after fees have been paid or copy of the fee fee payment has been received by the office.

Application Forms take between two to five school days to process. Students' initial login information is sent by EMAIL.

Baseschool Supplement Form

The Base School Supplemental Form is for the person at the base school who is helping their student send in and application form to take a class with It is often a  Career Transition Counselor, School Counselor or School Administrator.  This form will be completed in full, signed and attached with the student application when being sent in.  For more information visit the Mentor Support page or contact us with all of your questions.
